Shipping and Returns
Our current estimated processing time outside of sale periods is: 3-6 business days.
We CAN ONLY ship orders that contain plants to the following States and Territories:
Queensland;
New South Wales;
Victoria;
Australian Capital Territory and;
South Australia.
Unfortunately, due to biosecurity restrictions, we CANNOT ship plants or seed orders to:
Western Australia;
Northern Territory;
Tasmania or;
Internationally (outside of Australia).
SHIPPING TO QLD, NSW, VIC ACT and SA:
$15 – Standard: 3-6 working days after dispatch
$30 – Express: 1-5 working days after dispatch
LOCAL PICK UP
We currently do not allow local pickup.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We currently do not ship internationally.
Once parcels are dispatched we are no longer responsible for any transit issues that may arise. Please contact the following couriers based on your order shipping method:
Express Shipping: AusPost - auspost.com.au
Standard Shipping: Sendle - sendle.com.au
International: DHL - dhl.com
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
All items purchased from Woo Plant are carefully with love and care. Each item is checked over before being packaged and sent to all of our customers. However, regretfully from time to time your items may be damaged during transit.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for sale items at this time.
For breakages and exchange requests, please contact us via contact page or email at hello@wooplant.com.au within 72 hours of your receiving your parcel. Store credits will be issued at the discretion of Woo Plant.
CANCELLATIONS
If you wish to cancel your Woo Plant. order after it has been placed you will incur a $10 cancellation fee.
