That's why we offer the big ones. They range from 8-10cm and are essentially twice the size of the brain cacti you will find most other places.

Fun Fact
The brain cactus is a "crested" form of the Mammillaria cactus. Rather than growing straight fingers, they crest and swirl around to resemble a brain.
