The Hulk is A Cactus.
This Rare Monstrose Cactus, ‘Hulk Smash’ is one of a kind. So ugly it’s beautiful and so angry that it looks ready to punch on. Yes we named it after super hero, The Hulk, but it was almost called ‘drunk octopus’ because it’s looking for a fight.
The colours in this rare monstrose cactus are special. A yellow tinge to the green makes it look like The Hulk and the beautiful red spines add a beautiful punch of deep crimson.
Two big arms (hence the Hulk) rise up on either side of a mutating crest. All the action is above the graft zone and there is no doubt in our mind that this beefy monster will keep growing in weird and wonderful ways.

Notes
Hulk Smash was grown as a ‘grafted clone’ here in Australia by a private collector. Grafting is the art of taking two cacti and grafting them together to create a new and unique plant. The ‘scion’ is the grafting stock (the plant that will transfer its growth to the new plant). The graft is the new plant, which has been grafted onto the scion. Grafting takes a lot of skill to not only create a happy healthy plant, but is one of the best ways to propagate rare cactus
