Postage We pack all orders for postage the next business day and you'll be notified when they are on their way. We cannot guarantee a delivery date but we will always get your order to you as soon as possible.

We make sure we only stock the healthiest plants at Woo Plant, and take the greatest of care of all our plants while they’re in our warehouse. We guarantee that plants will arrive at your doorstep in good health.

If your plant does arrive damaged or it doesn’t meet your expectations, please take a photo and send through to hello@wooplant.com.au along with your order number. We’ll happily replace it or refund your money.*
