The Trichocereus Cacti were known across the Andes as Huachuma, referred to as the teachers and healers of both the spirit and the flesh.

These cacti were revered for their ceremonial roles that stretched for millennia of years across the continent of South America. Most people these days refer to them by the slang name, San Pedro. We prefer to call them Huachuma… that is when we talk to them.

Our Hybrid Trichocereus Cacti are bred crossing the genetics of sacred cactus from the Andes region, such as the Trichocereus Peruvians, Bridgesii and Pachanoi.
The Small Woo Plant Trichocereus Hybrid Cactus are babies, under two years. They are tough as nails though, and will do well in medium or high

Notes

Think of these as toddlers. They’re strong, but still need a bit of care and consideration. Our Trichocereus Hybrid Cacti are grown from seed by local Aussie growers. They’re healthy with a nicely developed root system. Some of them might have blemishes, but perfection isn’t natural.

Fun Fact

They may be covered in spines, but these cacti also produce big, bold and beautiful flowers. Most of them will only flower at night though. Go figure.
